30-Day Return Guarantee
Not in love with your FlexTek Bands? Return them within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund or exchange. Contact support@flextekbands.com to start your return. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
Limited Warranty
Flextek Bands LLC warrants your Flextek Bands product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).
What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Replacement of defective parts or, at our option, replacement of the entire product.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (including stretching, fading, or cosmetic blemishes).Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or improper storage. Damage from use inconsistent with the instructions provided by Flextek Bands.Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand.
Remedies
If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Flextek Bands will, at its option:
Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts;
or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater
value.
Repaired or replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.Flextek Bands’ liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
Flextek Bands shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the product.
